About this surface pattern design

This dinnerplate dahlias floral pattern design was inspired by dahlia flowers, which happen to be my favorite. I’m happy to let you know that this feminine floral pattern comes in two different color ways. The first color way is cream outline on a mustard yellow background. The second color way is light pink outline on a dark pink background. The yellow option is soft and happy and would be perfect for powder room wallpaper and home decor. The pink color way would be better suited to fashion items. Both options would work great for fashion, wallpaper and home decor. Each colorway is also available in three different scales to suit your needs, small, medium and large. The inspiration behind this dahlias floral pattern

This dinnerplate dahlias floral pattern was inspired by the many photos I took when I grew this flower variety in my backyard garden one year. It was amazing having these blooms at my fingertips and I love drawing the petals in all of their many layers! I drew this print by hand with a micron pen and colored it digitally.
